Ordering and Payment
How is an order placed?
The process consists of four steps:
- Browse the catalog
- Add selected titles to the cart
- Enter shipping and billing details at checkout
- Authorize payment
An order confirmation email arrives within minutes containing the order number and full summary.
Is a customer account required?
No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Account creation is optional and provides:

What payment methods are accepted?

Can an order be canceled after placement?
Yes, within 12 hours of placement and before the order has entered the shipping stage. Process:

- Use "Cancel Order" in the subject line
After the 12-hour window or once the order has shipped, the standard return process applies instead.
Can the shipping address be changed after ordering?
Address changes can be accommodated when requested within 24 hours of order placement and prior to carrier handoff. Once the order has been released to the carrier, the destination cannot be altered.

How long does delivery take?
Standard timing:
- Processing: 2 to 4 business days
- Transit: 5 to 7 business days after shipping
- Total: 7 to 11 business days from order placement

- Orders of $199 or more: free shipping
- Orders under $199: $7.99 flat rate
Does Brivonexi ship internationally?
No. Brivonexi ships only within the contiguous United States, covering the 48 mainland states and the District of Columbia.
What about Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes?
Brivonexi does not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands)
Which carriers handle Brivonexi orders?

Carrier assignment depends on delivery zone and current capacity at dispatch. The carrier and tracking number appear in the shipping confirmation email.
How can an order be tracked?
A shipping confirmation email contains:

What if a package is marked delivered but not received?

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How is a return started?

- Replacement title (for exchanges)
A Return Authorization is issued within one business day. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed because the authorization reference is required for intake matching.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Brivonexi covers shipping when the return reason is a damaged item, defective item, or fulfillment error (a prepaid label is provided)
- Customer covers shipping when the return reason is change of mind or wrong title selection
Are there restocking fees?
No. Restocking fee is $0. Items returned in acceptable condition are refunded in full with:
- No percentage deductions
- No administrative charges
- No processing fees
How long does a refund take?
Refund processing on Brivonexi side: 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Bank posting time after refund issuance: 2 to 10 business days depending on the issuing institution.
What if a book arrives damaged?
Report within 7 days of delivery via email to contact@brivonexi.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer shipping packaging
Brivonexi will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. The damaged item typically does not need to be returned.
Can a book be exchanged for a different title?
Yes. Include both the title being returned and the desired replacement title in the request. Availability and pricing are confirmed before processing. Exchanges complete within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
