These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between the customer and Corigo LLC governing access to brivonexi.com and all purchases made through the site. Continued use of the site or order placement constitutes full acceptance of every provision below.

Customers who disagree with any portion of these Terms should discontinue site use immediately.

Identification of the Parties

Brivonexi is the consumer-facing brand operated by Corigo LLC, a California limited liability company. Throughout this document:

  • "Brivonexi," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Corigo LLC operating under the Brivonexi brand
  • "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing the site, browsing the catalog, or placing an order

Business scope is limited to the retail sale of new books across three categories:

  • Cookbooks and Food
  • Self-Help

Inventory is sourced from authorized publishers and distributors and dispatched from the San Diego warehouse within the contiguous United States.

Acceptance of These Terms

Site access, account registration, email subscription, and order completion each constitute confirmation that:

  • The customer has read these Terms in full
  • The customer understands the contents
  • The customer agrees to be legally bound

  • Account refers to the optional user profile created for repeat purchases

Customer Responsibilities

Account holders are additionally responsible for:

  • Password confidentiality
  • Restricting account access to the account holder
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately to contact@brivonexi.com

Activity conducted through an account is attributed to the account holder, including orders placed using associated credentials.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Commercial exploitation of the site, including licensing, reselling, renting, distributing, or hosting access for third parties

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate access suspension
  • Order cancellation
  • Referral to law enforcement where warranted
  • Pursuit of available legal remedies

Pricing, Availability, and Product Information

Prices displayed throughout the catalog are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and subject to change without prior notice. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, product information, pricing data, and availability indicators may occasionally reflect errors.

When a pricing error or material product inaccuracy is discovered after order submission, Corigo LLC reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Cancel the affected order
  • Refund the original payment method in full

Notification of cancellation is provided to the customer, who may elect to resubmit an order at the corrected price. No obligation exists to honor orders based on manifest pricing errors.

Product availability at browsing time does not guarantee availability at order completion. Final inventory confirmation occurs when the order enters fulfillment.

Order Placement and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a contractual offer to purchase at the prices and terms displayed. The offer is provisional and becomes a binding contract only upon transmission of an order confirmation email by Corigo LLC.

Corigo LLC retains the unrestricted right to accept, reject, or cancel any order. Grounds for rejection or cancellation include:

  • Product unavailability
  • Identified pricing discrepancies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Other circumstances where fulfillment is deemed inappropriate

When cancellation occurs after payment authorization, the authorized amount is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Payment terms, accepted payment channels, and transaction mechanics are governed by the Payment Policy.

Fulfillment Terms

Delivery timelines, shipping fees, carrier assignments, and related operational matters are governed by the Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference.

Return Terms

Return eligibility, return windows, refund processing, exchange procedures, and related provisions are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Summary:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Like-new condition required for eligible returns
  • 12-hour cancellation option for orders not yet shipped

Ownership of Site Materials

All Materials displayed on the site, including but not limited to:

  • The Brivonexi brand name and logo
  • Custom-written product descriptions
  • Original photography
  • Page layouts
  • Design elements
  • Category imagery

These constitute the exclusive property of Corigo LLC or its content licensors and are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Book titles, author names, cover images, and publisher-provided metadata remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Brivonexi reproduces this material solely for listing and selling authorized editions.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or derivation of site Materials is prohibited without prior written authorization from Corigo LLC. Limited personal usage such as bookmarking pages, printing a page for personal reference, or sharing a product link with others is permitted within reasonable bounds.

Warranty Disclaimers

Site Materials, the site itself, and the books offered for sale are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted under governing law, Corigo LLC and Brivonexi expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

Liability Limitations

  • Exemplary damages
  • Punitive damages

Liability exclusion applies to damages arising from site access, book purchase, or application of content within purchased books, including claims for:

  • Emotional distress
  • Other intangible losses

Total aggregate liability to any single customer, in connection with any claim arising under these Terms or from any individual order, is capped at the amount actually paid by that customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Certain jurisdictions limit the extent to which liability exclusions may be applied. Where such limitations apply, the exclusions operate only to the minimum extent permitted by governing law.

Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corigo LLC, Brivonexi, and their officers, employees, affiliates, and commercial partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Customer violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of the site
  • Infringement of third-party rights by the customer
  • Content submitted by the customer to any site interface

Customer Feedback

Feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations submitted to Corigo LLC regarding the site, catalog, or any aspect of Brivonexi operations become the exclusive property of Corigo LLC upon submission.

Corigo LLC retains unrestricted rights to:

  • Use the feedback
  • Reproduce the feedback
  • Modify the feedback
  • Publish the feedback
  • Redistribute the feedback

These rights apply for any lawful purpose, without compensation, attribution, or further obligation to the submitting customer. This provision does not extend to personal information, which remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

The site may include links directing users to external websites operated by third parties, including:

  • Reference resources

These links are furnished solely for convenience. Corigo LLC:

  • Exercises no operational control over external websites
  • Accepts no responsibility for external content, accuracy, privacy practices, or commercial offerings

Upon navigation to an external site, these Terms cease to apply. Continued engagement with external sites is governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the third-party operator.

Privacy Framework

Collection, use, and protection of personal information supplied through site interaction are governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

California residents are additionally referred to the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for a description of privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any legal matter arising from site access or commercial transactions with Brivonexi are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

The customer and Corigo LLC mutually agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts situated in San Diego County, California, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Dispute Resolution

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Corigo LLC at contact@brivonexi.com before initiating any formal legal action. Most disagreements can be resolved through direct communication, substantially faster and at lower cost than formal proceedings.

When informal resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days of initial contact with Corigo LLC, either party may proceed to pursue the dispute through the courts identified above. This section does not restrict either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.

Partial Invalidity

Should any provision of these Terms be determined invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

  • The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect
  • Invalid provisions are interpreted, to the extent reasonably possible, to achieve the nearest lawful equivalent to the original intent

Non-Waiver

Failure by Corigo LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver is effective unless made in writing and executed by an authorized representative of Corigo LLC.

Corigo LLC reserves the authority to amend these Terms from time to time in response to changes in:

  • Applicable law
  • Industry standards

Revised Terms are published with an updated date at the top of the page. Material amendments affecting customer rights are communicated to account holders by email where feasible.

Continued site use following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised document. Customers unwilling to accept any revision should discontinue site use and contact support to close any active account.
