Brivonexi is operated by Corigo LLC and ships books to customers across the United States. This page covers everything about how orders move from our warehouse to your address. For questions, email contact@brivonexi.com.
Processing Window
After checkout, orders enter processing for 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing covers four steps:
- Order verification
- Quality inspection of each book
- Secure packaging
- Carrier handoff
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Daily Cut-Off
The cut-off for same-day processing is 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after roll over to the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, transit takes 5 to 7 business days within our shipping area. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days from purchase.
Transit may vary slightly based on the destination and current carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
Two rates apply at Brivonexi:
- Free shipping on orders of $199 or more, with no code required
- $7.99 flat rate on orders below $199, regardless of quantity
All rates are visible at checkout before payment authorization.
Rate Calculation Method
Shipping fees are based on the pre-tax subtotal of your cart, not on weight or destination. Reach $199 after any discounts and shipping is automatically free. Stay below $199 and the $7.99 flat rate applies.
Carrier Network
Three carriers handle Brivonexi orders:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
The carrier for any specific order is selected based on the delivery zip code and the most efficient routing on dispatch day. The carrier and tracking number appear in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking
Every shipped order generates a shipping confirmation email containing:
- The carrier name
- Tracking number
- Direct link to the carrier's tracking page
Account holders can also view tracking inside their order history. If the confirmation email does not arrive within 4 business days of order placement, check your spam folder first, then email contact@brivonexi.com.
Shipping Zone
Brivonexi ships only within the contiguous United States, covering the 48 mainland states and Washington D.C.
Restricted Destinations
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Any address outside the United States
Checkout blocks most restricted addresses automatically. In rare cases of an unblocked submission, our team contacts the customer within one business day to request an alternate address or issue a full refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is determined at checkout based on the destination address provided by the customer. The applicable combined rate from state, county, and local jurisdictions is calculated and added to the order total before payment is finalized. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount charged. No tax adjustments are applied after the order is placed.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for ensuring shipping address accuracy at checkout. Required fields:
- Recipient name
- Street number and apartment or suite designation
- City
- State
- Zip code
Address corrections can be submitted to contact@brivonexi.com within 24 hours of order placement and prior to carrier handoff. After this window or after dispatch, the destination cannot be changed.
Brivonexi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Delivery Issues
Two delivery scenarios are most common.
Marked delivered, package not located. Check household members, neighbors, building mailroom, and any concealed spots near the delivery address. Carriers sometimes leave packages out of direct line of sight. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, email contact@brivonexi.com to open a carrier investigation.
No tracking movement for 5 or more business days. Notify our team. We escalate directly with the carrier and arrange a resolution based on the investigation outcome.
Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged shipments. Report within 7 days of delivery. Required documentation:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer shipping packaging
Packaging photos distinguish transit damage from manufacturer defects and support carrier claims. Once verified, a replacement ships at no cost, or a full refund is issued when a replacement is unavailable. The damaged book typically does not need to be returned because photos serve as documentation.
Lost in transit. When carrier investigation confirms loss, a replacement ships at no cost, or a full refund is issued when stock is unavailable.
Handling Fees
Brivonexi does not charge handling fees. The shipping rate at checkout is the complete shipping-related charge. No packaging fees. No processing fees. No surcharges before or after checkout.
Issue Resolution Window
Shipping-related issues are resolved within 5 to 7 business days from the date the inquiry is received. Initial acknowledgment is sent within one business day on every inquiry, regardless of complexity.
Out-of-Stock Items
All listed items are in stock at the time of listing. In rare cases, inventory may lag real-time stock or supplier restocks may be delayed. When this affects an order already placed, our team contacts the customer within one business day with two options:
- Hold the order for the next confirmed restock, with an estimated availability date
- Cancel the affected order and receive an immediate full refund
Partial shipments without prior customer consent are not part of our process.
Delays Outside Our Control
Certain delays fall outside the reasonable control of Brivonexi and its carriers, including:
- Severe weather events (hurricanes, blizzards, flooding)
- Natural disasters affecting warehouse or transit regions
- Carrier service disruptions, network backlogs, or labor actions
- Peak retail periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays)
- Government or regulatory interventions affecting transit
When such conditions affect an order, customers are notified as soon as the situation is known, with updates as developments occur.
Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange terms are covered in full in our Refund and Returns Policy. Eligible returns may be submitted within 30 days of delivery for items in like-new condition.
